Three things you may not know about me and how I work as a licensed massage therapist
🤫 I’m not a chatty Kathy
I won’t initiate or prolong conversations with clients. I won’t comment on your body or ask about your personal life.
This time is for you. It is my hope for you to receive support and the care you need without interruptions or unnecessary dialogue.
❌ Unlike other therapists, I do not accept tips
I made the decision when I reopened in August to discontinue accepting tips for my service. This eliminates guessing and awkwardness from both the client and therapist. I feel good about what I receive, and I do not feel the need to accept more than that.
✅ I follow up with 1st-time clients
After your very first session, you can expect an email, message, or text from me. I might offer some tips for managing pain or improving flexibility. I might just check in to see how you felt after the massage.
There are a lot of massage therapists here in the pioneer valley. These are just a few things that I do (and don’t do) that make me different from the others I’ve known and worked with.
If you’re looking for a supportive and meaningful massage session with a licensed massage therapist you know and trust, book a session. I am accepting new clients and do proper COVID-19 screening and protocols to ensure your safety and comfort to receive massage and bodywork.
